Lumis

Terms

What you can expect from Lumis and what Lumis expects from you. Short, in plain words.

Draft under review. This text describes the product as built. Qualified counsel reviews it before it becomes a binding agreement; until then, your order form or written agreement controls.

1. Your workspace

Signing in with your email creates a workspace that belongs to you. Everything in it comes from accounts you choose to connect. You can disconnect any account at any time from Connections, and you can ask for your data to be exported or deleted from Usage & billing, Privacy.

2. Nothing happens on your behalf without you

Lumis reads from the accounts you connect. It does not send email, change calendar events, edit contacts or write to any connected system unless you review an exact preview and approve that one action. A draft is a draft until you say otherwise.

3. Acceptable use

Let Lumis do your work, with accounts you are entitled to connect. Do not connect accounts that are not yours, and do not use the service to contact people who have asked not to be contacted. Fair-housing rules apply to everything you do here, including what you ask the assistant to draft.

4. Plans, allowances and limits

Metered features have allowances that depend on your plan. How they are measured, what happens at a limit and how credits work are described on the Usage & billing terms page inside your workspace.

5. Changes and ending

We may change these terms; we tell you before a change takes effect. You can stop using Lumis at any time. Disconnecting your accounts stops new data arriving, and a deletion request removes what was stored, subject to legal retention.
